Data Export
How to export your data from DispatchOS.
Effective July 17, 2026
To actually run an export, sign in and go to Settings → Account → Export Data. This page explains what is included and how to keep your export safe.
Managers
A manager (business owner) can export their business data from Settings → Account → Export Data. The export includes business profile, clients, employees (without invitation token hashes), jobs, job notes, quotes, invoices, service catalog, job templates, conversation records if any exist, invitation history, and safe account settings.
Leads
A lead (invited field-team member) can export only their own permitted account and assigned-job history. Leads cannot export the full business record or another lead's data.
What is never included in an export
- Passwords or authentication tokens.
- Invitation token hashes.
- Telegram / OpenClaw fields (these features are not active).
- Platform secrets or internal security fields.
- Other businesses' data.
- Super Admin data or admin-only audit internals.
- Billing-provider secrets.
Format
Exports are delivered as a ZIP archive containing JSON and CSV files for each data category. CSV formula-injection vectors (cells beginning with =, +, -, or @) are escaped. Unicode characters are preserved.
How your export is delivered
Your export is generated on demand and downloaded directly to your device through your authenticated session. We do not email exports and we do not produce predictable public download URLs. Temporary export artifacts are short-lived. Treat your downloaded file as sensitive and store it securely.
No data
If your account has no data of a given type, the export will simply include empty sets for that file. You will still receive a well-formed ZIP archive.
Export and deletion
We strongly recommend exporting before requesting account deletion. Once your deletion grace period ends and final deletion runs, your data is no longer available from DispatchOS. Your local export becomes your only record.
