Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DispatchOS. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.

Effective July 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using DispatchOS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to operate a DispatchOS business account. By creating an account for a business, you represent that you are authorized to manage that business operation and to enter service-provider relationships on its behalf.

3. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you become aware of unauthorized access, contact support@rundispatchos.com immediately.

4. Manager responsibility for invited leads

If you invite a lead (a field-team member) to a DispatchOS business, you are responsible for the invitations you send and for the access you grant. Leads receive role-scoped access to job, client address, and notes data you choose to share with them.

5. Permitted use

You may use DispatchOS for legitimate field-service business operations: scheduling, dispatching, managing clients and leads, creating quotes and invoices, syncing with Google Calendar, and reviewing reports.

6. Prohibited use

  • Use the service to violate any law or the rights of any person.
  • Attempt to access another business's data or to bypass role-scoped access controls.
  • Submit content that infringes third-party intellectual-property rights.
  • Misuse AI features by submitting photos that contain confidential documents, access codes, billing information, or other sensitive personal information.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform in a way that disrupts service for others.

7. Customer and client-data responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful handling of the client data you enter into DispatchOS, including any consents required to collect and store client contact information, addresses, and access-related details.

8. Sensitive access instructions

Property-access information (entry type, access codes, and similar fields) is provided to help leads perform their assigned jobs. You are responsible for ensuring access details are accurate and that sharing them with your invited leads is appropriate. Do not enter access codes for properties you do not manage or store credentials that belong to others.

9. Scheduling and dispatch limitations

DispatchOS is a tool to organize and dispatch jobs. It does not guarantee any specific route, time, or business outcome. Weather, traffic, and other real-world factors affect your results.

10. AI output limitations

AI-assisted features (photo review, service-area lookup, and fuel-rate estimation) may produce inaccurate results. AI output is not a substitute for human review, professional advice, or operational judgment. You are responsible for acting on AI suggestions and reviewing AI photo verdicts.

11. Google Calendar, maps, and other third-party services

When you connect Google Calendar, your use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. When you tap "Get Directions," your device's selected maps app handles routing under that provider's own terms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

12. Quotes and invoices

Quotes and invoices created in DispatchOS are business tools. They are not accounting, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your pricing, tax rates, and payment terms, and for consulting professionals where appropriate.

13. Trial and pricing

New managers may begin a seven-day trial. The current plan price available at launch is $39 per month under our canonical plan configuration. Manual billing applies at launch; we do not automatically bill your subscription through the app.

14. Manual billing and account activation

At launch, billing is manual. A DispatchOS administrator activates your access, sets paid-through dates, and records payments. We do not promise automatic subscription billing or autopay through the app.

15. Suspension, expiration, and cancellation

  • We may suspend or expire access if a billing cycle lapses, if abuse is detected, or as described in these Terms.
  • You can cancel at any time by requesting account deletion from Settings → Account → Delete Account or by contacting support@rundispatchos.com.
  • Approved cancellation/deletion enters a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion by signing in.

16. Data export before deletion

Before requesting account deletion, we recommend exporting your business data using Settings → Account → Export Data. Temporary export files are short-lived. After your account is deleted, previously exported local copies are the only record you retain.

17. Intellectual property

DispatchOS, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by the operator of the service. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service under these Terms. We do not claim ownership of the business data you enter into DispatchOS.

18. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about DispatchOS, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback without obligation or compensation, subject to any rights you cannot waive under applicable law.

19. Service availability

We work to keep DispatchOS available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and outages may temporarily affect the service. We are not liable for downtime except as expressly provided by law.

20. Disclaimers

DispatchOS is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the service will be error-free, that AI output will be accurate, that routes will be optimal, or that any specific business outcome will result from using the service.

21. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of DispatchOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or relating to the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or a de minimis amount if you paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

22. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the operator of DispatchOS harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

23. Termination

You may stop using DispatchOS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if your account is inactive, or for any lawful business reason with notice where required.

24. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising under these Terms will be brought in the courts of Massachusetts, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have in your jurisdiction.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and the "Effective" date updated. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
